Wear or bring the shoes you'll pair it with. Hem length depends on the heel.

You try it on, we pin it to fit, and you get a ticket with the price and pickup date.

Try it on once more before you leave. If anything's off, we'll fix it.
Bridal & formal
Wedding dresses, bridesmaids, and prom.
Formal wear takes more than one fitting, so book your first fitting 3–4 months before the wedding. Bustles start at $20 and hems depend on the fabric and layers; we'll quote your dress at the first fitting. See the full bridal and formal price list below.
First fitting. Bring your shoes and undergarments.
Second fitting to check the hem, fit, and bustle. Up to three fittings are included.

Good to know before you visit.
Pricing & payment
- À la carte pricing: each alteration is priced separately, with no flat fee.
- Cost depends on the garment's complexity and fabric type.
- Prices are estimates at drop-off. We'll call for your OK before doing anything that costs more.
- Zippers, buttons and notions are charged at cost. You're welcome to bring your own.
- Deposits: 50% at drop-off for bridal and larger jobs, nonrefundable once work has begun.
- Payment is due in full at pickup. We accept cash and card, including tap-to-pay.
Turnaround & rush
- Standard turnaround is 5–7 days. Bridal and complex work is quoted at your fitting.
- Rush, needed within the week: +$25.
- Bridal rush, less than one month before the wedding: +$50.
- Complete redesigns and heirloom dresses need additional fittings and sewing time, and are quoted individually.
Fittings
- Alterations include one fitting; bridal includes up to three. Additional fittings are $15 each.
- Bridal: book your first fitting 3–4 months before the wedding.
- Bring the shoes and undergarments you'll wear with the garment.
- Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
What we alter
- Garments can be taken in or let out up to 2 sizes. Letting out depends on the seam allowance available.
- Clothing only. We don't alter curtains or home goods.
- Please bring garments clean.
Care & our guarantee
- Every garment is inspected at drop-off, and existing damage is noted on your ticket. We aren't responsible for pre-existing flaws or fabric too fragile to alter.
- Try it on at pickup. If anything isn't as pinned, we'll fix it free within 7 days.
- Changes in fit after your final fitting, such as weight changes, are charged as new work.
Pickup
- Please bring your claim ticket, or give your name, at pickup.
- Items not picked up within 60 days get a reminder. After 90 days, they may be donated or sold to cover the cost of the work.
